Arri Alexa Mini LF
The go-to camera for drama series, feature films and commercials.
Combining the compact size and low weight of the popular ALEXA Mini with the large-format ALEXA LF sensor, ALEXA Mini LF brings exciting new creative possibilities to ARRI’s large-format camera system. Featuring 16 recording formats, the Mini LF can be universally used for large format and Super 35 productions.
The ARRI ALEXA Mini LF camera native 4K recording, with ARRIRAW or ProRes recording in LF Open Gate, LF 16:9, or LF 2.39:1 mode. It combines large-format resolution with an optimal pixel size for excellent image quality producing vivid, nuanced images with natural skin tones.
LENSES
Angénieux EZ
Created to fill the wide gap between basic still photography zooms, and the highly acclaimed Optimo, Optimo Style family of lenses used in the motion pictures industry, the Angénieux Type EZ series features two new light weight zooms.
Thanks to an innovative lens modular design, both lenses allow the rear lens group to be exchanged between S35mm (up to 30mm image diagonal), and FF/VistaVision format (up to 46mm image diagonal). For the first time, ENG-style productions will get the flexibility necessary for run-and-gun shooting, combined with an excellence of image quality at an affordable price. Users can also easily change between PL, Canon EF and Sony E mounts.
Panavision Vintage 65
Designed for the 65mm film format, Panavision System 65 lenses deliver a “classic” look to modern large-format cameras. System 65 optics render a warm, contouring image with pleasing flesh tones. With organic focus roll-off and rounded bokeh, System 65 lenses offer high resolution without compromising on artistic qualities. System 65 lenses are compatible with both film and digital cameras fitted with a PV 65 mount.
Panavision Panaspeed
The Panaspeed lens series is a high speed, large-format companion to the Primo-L series of optics. Sharing many of the same traits – such as excellent veiling glare resistance, a blend of technical aberration correction, and the introduction of artistic nuances in the form of select aberration inclusion – the Panaspeeds also incorporate improved features including no blue line, better close focus, anti-breathing control, faster aperture, and greater field illumination. At T/1.4, these lenses are the fastest optics available for large-format cinematography. Panaspeeds are compatible with film and digital 35mm and full-frame cameras equipped with SP70 mounts.
